MANTI 5, N. SEVIER 1. It was really nice to see the girls score multiple times in this game. We have had our chances in other games, but we just couldn't seem to finish. Even though Ali ended up taking an elbow to the lip that required four stitches, she still stepped up and put three goal in the back of the net for us. Amelia Osmond and Brianna Murray added the other two. Amelia Brianna, and Pogs also added tallies to their assist column.
It's unfortunate that there is not an easy way, like goals and assists, to glorify defenders. I guess any time you win it goes to show that the defense played tough. Thank you defenders for all the hard work you put in. With out you back there we wouldn't have a chance.
